Hï Ibiza in August and September – BBC Radio 1, Eric Prydz, deadmau5 and more

Hï Ibiza continues its bumper debut summer season through August and September, showcasing the biggest names in electronic music each and every week. Here’s what’s coming up throughout August and September.

On Friday 4 August, BBC Radio 1 will broadcast live from Hï Ibiza for the very first time, with a big name line-up featuring Annie Mac, B Traits, Danny Howard, Eric Prydz, Kölsch, Maya Jane Coles, Mele, Monki, MistaJam, Pete Tong, DJ Target, Toddla T, Tiga and Waze and Odyssey. Tune in live from 7pm-4am (8pm-5am CEST).

Martin Garrix presents Multiply made its Hï Ibiza debut in July and continues to draw in the crowds each and every Monday! August guests include ARTY, Chace, Chocolate Puma, Firebeatz, Justin Mylo, Lucky Charmes, whilst September brings Lost Frequencies, Vintage Culture and more. Thomas Jack continues his Monday night residency in The Club (Room 2), bringing housier flavours and guests including Billy Kenny, CASSIMM, Dave DK, Just Us, Tuff London and Waitz.

It’s the final chance to witness superstar DJ and producer Eric Prydz at Hï Ibiza in August as he steps up for the final four dates of his debut Ibiza residency, taking control of The Theatre every Tuesday through 22nd August. Don’t miss the closing spectacular featuring deadmau5 perform on Tuesday 22nd August! Additional guests lined up for August include Cristoph, Matthew Dear, Pig&Dan, Tube 7 Berger, Weska and Yotto. Andrea Oliva & Friends host the Club (Room 2), with guests including wAFF and Charles Ramirez (1st August), DJ Ralf and Lele Sacchi (8th August), H.O.S.H. and Michael Sacher (15th August), and Nick Curly and Gianni Callipari (22nd August).

 

 

ERIC PRYDZ AT HÏ IBIZA

Watch out for a very special night on Wednesday 2nd August as residents Armin van Buuren and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano each take over their respective rooms for a solo set, playing all night long! Throughout August, Armin will be joined in the Theatre by Andrew Rayel and Estiva (9th August), Vini Vici and Ruben de Ronde (16th August), Alpha 9 and Ben Gold (23rd August), Aly & Fila and Rodg (30th August). The final two weeks in September will also see performances from Alexander Popov, Rodg, Ørjan Nilsen and Ruben de Ronde. Meanwhile, over in The Club, residents Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano will be joined by guests including Lost Frequencies, Gregor Salto, Sander van Doorn, Nick Martin, Kryder, Eddie Thoneick, Thomas Newson, Fedde Le Grand and Leroy Styles.

In The Dark continues to go from strength to strength on Thursdays, with residents Joris Voorn, Kölsch, Luciano, Nic Fanciulli and Steve Lawler. Guests across August and September include Agoria, Anek, Art Department, Bas Ibellini, Butch, Cassy, Dusky, Emanuel Satie, Housekeeping, Lauren Lane, Lauren Lo Sung, Mark Fanciulli, Skream, Solardo and wAFF with more to be announced.

Say a ‘Disco Hï’ to Glitterbox on Fridays, as they bring House and Disco music galore from acts including Aeroplane, Basement Jaxx, Crazy P, David Morales, Dimitri from Paris, Greg Wilson, Horse Meat Disco, Joey Negro, Kings of Tomorrow, Masters at Work, Melon Bomb and Todd Terry, live PAs from Heather Small and Barbara Tucker, and lots more.

 

 

GLITTERBOX AT HÏ IBIZA

Saturdays belong to Black Coffee, whose weekly residency at Hï Ibiza is proving to be one of the most talked-about parties of the season. Don’t miss DJ Harvey as he steps up for an extended set on Saturday 19th August. Other acts lined up for August including &ME, Alex from Tokyo, Cassy, Culoe de Song, Da Capo, Francesca Lombardo and Maya Jane Coles, whilst September brings Adam Port, Blond:ish, Carl Craig, Lee Burridge, Rampue and yet more names still to be announced.

Hï Sundays rounds off the week every Sunday with regulars Afrojack, Hardwell, Oliver Heldens, Steve Angello plus Mambo Brothers hosting the Club.

Other important dates for the diary include the DJ Awards, which take place for the first time at Hï Ibiza this year on Tuesday 26th September, and the Hï Ibiza Closing Party, which will take place on Sunday 8th October. Watch out for the line-up announcement coming soon!
